If you complete the request form: your name, email address, phone number, delivery country, and what you tell us about the car you want — brand, model, budget, year, mileage, fuel, transmission, body type, options, colours, timeframe and any notes.

If you use the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and your message.

In both cases we also record which link brought you to the site, so we know which channels work. That contains nothing that identifies you personally.

To answer your request or message. Without your contact details we cannot call or email you about the car you are looking for.

The legal basis is performance of a contract and the steps taken at your request before entering into one (article 6(1)(b) GDPR): you are asking us to source a car for you, and we cannot do that without these details. For the single follow-up if we hear nothing back, we rely on our legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The checkbox on the form records that you saw this statement before sending your details.

We do not use your details for advertising. There is no newsletter and we do not pass anything to third parties for marketing.

We delete your data once your enquiry is resolved, and within two months in any case.

If we hear nothing back, we follow up once after roughly ten to fourteen days. After that the file is closed and deleted.

Resend — sending your confirmation email and our own notification.

Carriers. Once you have agreed and the car has been bought, we pass your name, phone number and delivery address to the transport company bringing the car to you — without those details it cannot be delivered. Not before then: while we are still searching, no carrier receives your details. Which company it is depends on the country and the route, and we name the carrier in your purchase contract, so you know before delivery who receives your data.

Nobody else. We do not sell data and we share nothing for advertising.

This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no advertising pixels.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many visitors we get. It works without cookies and without following you between websites. That is why you see no cookie banner here.

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. You can also object to the processing.

Email info@turboautos.nl and we will handle it. We delete on request — you do not need to give a reason.

If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
